Vigorous and fruity, the estate’s extra brut champagne will captivate you with its intense aromas of white fruits and its strong minerality. Made from parcels with over 30-year-old vines, the Cuvée Rebelle inspires keen emotion. Its notes of citrus and red currants give it a full-bodied, sophisticated style, which earned it two awards in 2014 from the Gault & Millau champagne guide and the Amphore International Organic Wine Challenge. This is an aromatic cuvée with unconditional charm.
